Subdivision Services
PLAN OF SURVEY
Extents of the property are surveyed and demarcated on the ground with statutory survey monuments.
TENTATIVE PLAN
A visual illustration of the intended subdivision that accompanies the subdivision application and receive conditional approval.
Subdivision Applications
With a focus on the rural areas, we have become a leading firm in assisting clients in single and multi-lot subdivisions. The process can be challenging with land use bylaws, subdivision authorities and multiple agencies. Explore’s expertise can streamline the process to reduce delays and unforeseen costs.
DESCRIPTIVE PLAN
A full survey may not be necessary to subdivide a parcel or consolidate multiple titles. A descriptive plan, if granted pre-approval from Alberta Land Titles, allows for a subdivision to be registered without the completion of a field survey or the demarcation of the boundaries, and can be a more cost effective approach.
Boundary Retracements
As-built & Topographic Surveys
Explore can provide a comprehensive plan representing a view of the site by utilizing a combination of LiDAR, 3D scanning, UAV photogrammetry, and RTK/GNSS.
