Our knowledge of Municipal Development Standards and in-house technical staff will prepare the finished documentation required for development applications. We will produce digital and hard copy products which are deliverable to the client and will incorporate government specifications ranging from individual Plot Plans through to Digital Terrain Models, Multi-lot Tentative Plans and Topographic Site Plans.

Subdivision Plan Preparation

  • LEGAL PLAN

    Extents of the property are surveyed and delineated on the ground; a legal plan is prepared to represent the survey.

  • SURVEY PLAN

    The survey plan is endorsed by the municipal authority, landowner, registered interest(s) and surveyor to obtain new title(s) for a property, through registration of a subdivision plan to Alberta Land Titles Office.

Descriptive Plan Preparation

A full survey may not be necessary to subdivide a parcel. A descriptive plan produces separate title to a new lot, in a more economical manner than a traditional monumented survey.

Real Property Reports

A Real Property Report certifies the position of significant aboveground improvements on a property. This document is required when seeking compliance from a municipal authority and is often needed during the transaction of land & property. A Real Property Report is different than a tentative plan & as-built plan. Understanding the needs of the client will ensure the appropriate product is delivered for the task required.
